This award is open to vendors and service providers selling UC solutions through a partner channel. Applicants must demonstrate how they have achieved innovation, channel growth, exceptional partner experience and market success.

Best Customer Engagement Solution

This award is open to vendors and service providers selling customer engagement solutions through a partner channel. Applicants must demonstrate how they have achieved innovation, channel growth, exceptional partner experience and market success.

Best Vertical Solution

This award is open to vendors and service providers selling a vertical solution through the channel. Applicants must demonstrate how they have achieved end-customer success by delivering a specialist vertical solution for a specific industry category. E.g. retail, manufacturing, healthcare

Best Microsoft Partner

This award is for Microsoft Partners that sell services through the Microsoft Partner Network and/or vendor ecosystem. Applicants must demonstrate how they have delivered innovation and channel success.

Best UC Distributor

This award is for distributors that sell UC related services, software and associated hardware to channel partners. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate clear value add and support programmes for channel partners.

Best Service Provider

This award is open to service providers that sell through a partner channel. Applicants must demonstrate how they have delivered innovation, channel growth, exceptional partner experience and great customer ROI.

Best UC Vendor – <$100m

This award is open to vendors across the UC and Collaboration landscape that are delivering services through partner channels and have annual revenues of less than $100m USD. This could include UC platforms, analytics software, billing or other types of UC related SaaS based services.

Best UC Vendor – >$100m

This award is open to vendors across the UC and Collaboration landscape that are delivering services through partner channels and have annual revenues of more than $100m USD. This could include UC platforms, analytics software, billing or other types of UC related SaaS based services. 

Best UC Peripheral Vendor

This award is open to those vendors that sell UC and Collaboration peripherals. Qualifying products include phones, headsets, webcams, room kits and other related technology.

Best Channel Ecosystem

This award is open to the vendor with the best channel ecosystem. Vendors will be able to demonstrate breadth within their ecosystem and provide examples of collaboration between partner members to achieve joint success.

Best Partner Programme

This award is for vendors and service providers that run a partner programme. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a clear pathway for partners to achieve success and provide examples of their partner growth.

Channel Partner of the Year

This award is open to those channel partners making waves in their markets. Channel Partners must be able to demonstrate a successful journey within their business and provide evidence of their success.
